Temptation! Every person struggles with temptation but some people don't realize that Christians also struggle with temptation no matter if they have been a Christian for an hour or 50 years. It is not a sin to be tempted but it is a sin to give into temptation. Everyday I am tempted with things. Some things are big and others are small but still temptation is a big deal. Its possible to overcome temptation but it takes a step or even a leap of faith sometimes to overcome temptation. I sometimes dwell on the past on how life use to be and it brings me down from time to time but I have to realize that is just a way that I am being tempted. I need to resist the temptation and pray and God will help me to overcome. Here are a few verses about temptation.
